1 pc. stenter frame dryer BABCOCK BABCO-STAR (Ref. No. 7129353).
1010 - 3300 mm with clamp chain, conversioned 1999.
Working width 960 - 3250 mm on pin chain. Combichain clamp and pin.
6 fields. Heated by natural gas.
Conversion of the available stenter frame to a new dryer with modification
of the heating system from thermo oil to direct gas heating, with new
insulation, chain and control.
The gas burners are MAXON / VALUPACK.
The max. capacity is 30 kW. Control range 1:40. 
With Fixierpilot. System for automatic optimization of the production
speed.
With MAHLO RFMC-10 Orthomat.
With edge sensors ERHARDT+LEIMER on the left and right.
With TANDEMATIC.
With ERHARDT+LEIMER KF 2020 left and right.
With foulard KÜSTERS type 51, 3 rollers.
3200 mm roller surface width. Reconditioned in 1999.
Complete with cutting machine etc.

2000 mm working width, year of construction 2003, second-hand.
Roller width 2200 mm.
8 fields, countered with separate upper and lower air (similar to
BRÜCKNER).
Direct gas heating.
Needle chain BABCOCK-ARTOS.
With foulard.
With straightening unit PLEVA.
Exit with lay down unit and center winder.
Control SIEMENS S7.
